Who is the Wattify App for?

The Wattify App is a management tool for customers with an active Wattify account. The app is not intended for occasional users who want to charge once.

What can I do with the Wattify App?

With the Wattify App you can start charging sessions, view your consumption and invoices, and manage your charge cards and charging locations.

What can't the Wattify App do?

The app is not a registration platform and does not offer one-time charging, payment or reservation.

How do I start a charging session via the app?

You can start a charging session via the map, by scanning a QR code, or by manually entering the charge point.

Where can I find my invoices in the app?

You can find your invoices under Profile > My Invoices with an overview of amounts, status and linked charging sessions.

Can I use the app without a Wattify account?

No, the Wattify App requires an active account with a linked charge card. One-time charging without an account is not possible.

Can I log in with Face ID or fingerprint?

Yes, the app supports biometric login via Face ID (iOS) and fingerprint (Android).

I forgot my password. What now?

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen to request a new password via the Wattify website.

What do the charge point colours on the map mean?

The charge points on the map have a colour code indicating availability: green, orange, red or grey.

Which devices does the Wattify App support?

The app is available for iPhone (iOS 15.1+) and Android via the App Store and Google Play Store.

Can I remotely stop a charging session via the app?

No, you can start a charging session via the app, but stopping is done at the charging station itself.

How do I manage my employees via the app?

As an employer you can see an overview of your employees and their charge cards on the dashboard and under Profile.
